Automatic cable tie machine with robot

Features:

1. 3，4 and 6 axes can be choosed;

2. 1 robot can drive 1-3 sets of Auto Cable Tie Tools, when apply 3 pcs of
cable tie Tools to 1 robot, there would be no rotation function;

3. The rotation table has the self-lock function, when the robot complete the
set number of cable tie bundling, the robot would unlock automatically, and then
rotate the rotation table manually to the approximate position, pedal the foot
pedal switch, the robot would lock the table automatically;

4. Automatically checking every cable tie bundling process, if failed, the
robot would deal with the issue and repeat cable tie bundling;

5. Automatically checking whether the rotation table is locked correctly;

6. Simplified Single axis robot is available for those harness with 1-3
pieces of cable ties, the idea is combining the Connecting testing and Cable Tie
bundling process together, take use of the electrical signal of connecting to
drive the cable tie Tool to bundle the cable tie automatically.

7. By enter the number to program, and allow multi-programs to be saved for
different product change over;

8. Temperature Controlling System, and Waste Material Collection System are
optional devices for choosing.

Scope of Application:

Cable banding, especially be suitable for the application of onsite assembly
for Plane, Car, Train, Ship, Appliances, Telecom equipment, Toys, etc. It is
also suitable for goods fixing & packing，joints fixing of gas & liquid
pipes and for the sealing of food packing and liquid & material packing in
bags.
