Compared to those traditional on-site manufactured unit modes for users, skid-mounted units have the following advantages:

◆ The manufacturing  and commissioning can be completed in the factory.

The manufacture and installation of skid-mounted units are completed in the supplier's factory. After a set of unit arrives at the user's site, it only needs to complete the on-site connection of raw materials and public engineering pipelines, and power to the unit, in order to start the system for testing or production.

◆ The unit can be easily moved and transported

The functional units of skid-mounted units are integrated onto a single base or into a frame or box which can be easily lifted, moved, or transported over long distances.

◆ The unit is space-saving.

The skid-mounted units are compact, reasonably laid out and highly integrated through units, which is significantly space-saving compared to traditional on-site installation methods.

◆ The size of the unit is flexible

The skid skid-mounted units can vary in size, and large-scale chemical installations can be divided into several sled-mounted unit modules. At the user's site, several skid-mounted modules can be assembled like building blocks into a large unit, and theoretically, the size of the unit is not limited.

◆ Costs and time saving for users

Generally, skid-mounted units are subject to ODM+EPC. The users can entrust the design, procurement, processing, manufacturing , and commissioning  of the units to a professional supplier for the sake of resource optimization and configuration, time- / cost-saving and project manufacturing  simplification and management.

The design and manufacturing  of sled-mounted units focuses on compactness, neatness, cleanliness, hygiene, and refined aesthetics, while meeting practical requirements. The units have a good appearance and are highly presentable.
