It has been committed to the research of industrial unmanned automation
systems. Relying on Zhejiang University and Huadian Electric Power Research
Institute, it has provided unmanned automation system solutions for movable
equipment such as ship unloaders, ship loader, stacker-reclaimer, bar (circular)
stockyards, bridge cranes, gantry cranes, etc. in ports, power plants (including
nuclear power plants), and water conservancy and such industries. Since year
2013, set up a professional software team, independently developed
intelligent stockyard solutions mainly for thermal power plants, and make
development, design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and supply for all
aspects of the intelligent material stockyard such as coal blending, automatic
coal storage, and unmanned duty, and remote control system.

(1) The efficiency of blending combustion is improved, and the energy
efficiency of the coal combustion ratio is increased by at least 15%-20%;

(2) The efficiency of stacking and reclaiming operations is improved, and the
operating efficiency of the unmanned stacking and reclaiming system and the
central control system is increased by about 30%;

(3) It can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operators;

(4) Improve maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance frequency;

(5) Improve the working environment and health status.
